I suspect/hope that we will have another lively day, but one that is a hair more measured in volume. That should foster more direct cross-discussion.
The SCOTUSblog Grokster discussion should be active today as well, and there may be continuing discussion on the Wall Street Journal’s Grokster Roundtable.
On individual blogs, Ernie Miller has a bunch of thoughts and links at The Importance of … ; Mike Madison has the same at his madisonian theory blog; and Susan Crawford blogs, especially on Brand X, at her blog (I think that these were cross-posted at SCOTUSblog yesterday.)
